JLYSSL approves revised JLYSSL 2009 Rules.
JLYSSL waives 2009-10 player fees and fall referee fines for CRECE teams, with OSC covering their CYSA registration fees.
JLYSSL supports PSC carrying the Alameda Point lease.
Any individual who interferes with, undermines, or advocates a violation of any JLYSSL field policy shall be subject to suspension from all league activity.
Individuals acting as club representatives who wish to negotiate or comment upon field-management, control, or leasing issues with any third party shall do so only with the approval of the JLYSSL Gophers Committee.

JLYSSL directs that e-mail contacts for all coaches U8 and below be added to the JLYSSL sPortability account to facilitate Coaching Director communication.
JLYSSL permits RSC to host a summer Grade 9 referee class.
